Islet have re-entered the fold with their brand new song 'Triangulation Station'. It’s embedded with the trademark traits that we’ve come to love over the last two years. Mechanical organ pulses cut through the spooky, yet playful vocals. The oddball psych-ness is still present in their music, as is the adventurous quality.
So, this is the first track released in advance of their second album Released By The Movement, due this summer. Too experimental for the big stage perhaps but surely we’ll be seeing some summer festival appearences - maybe End Of The Road? (hint hint). I’d love to see them outdoors, playing in the summer sun, truly living up to and perhaps surpassing the overused expression of Welsh Wizards. To the fields, I say!
